How to Install Owl Wheel Spacers for Sprinter Vans

Tools Needed
- 6 studs per wheel (included in kit)
- 7/32" allen key
- 19mm lug nut socket
- Torque wrench
Things to Keep in Mind
- Clean surface rust off of hub
- Apply a thin layer of anti-sieze or grease on face of hub
Install Studs
- Apply red Loctite to each stud
- Screw in each stud to factory lug location until hand tight
- With 7/32" allen key, turn each stud another 1/4 turn
Install Spacer
- Place spacer over all 6 studs
- Will be tight, but should not bind
Install wheel
- Install wheel onto new studs over the top of the spacer
- Install new lug nuts (included in kit)
- Facotry wheels require different lug nuts (dome style) to seat properly
- Cone style (included in kit) will fit most aftermarket wheels
- Torque to 140 ft-lbs in a star pattern
Notes
- After driving for a period of time, re-tighten all lug nuts
